1. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched from our farm. To cancel, please contact us at +91 6380091001 or email training@manvaasam.com with your Order ID.

Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

2. Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed under the following conditions:

• The order was cancelled before shipping.
• The product delivered was damaged or incorrect (proof required).
• We are unable to fulfill your order due to stock unavailability.

Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method through Razorpay within 7-10 working days.

3. Returns

Due to the nature of organic and perishable products, we do not accept returns once the product is delivered in good condition. If you receive a damaged item, please alert us within 24 hours of delivery.
